Spotify is beginning one of their most popular campaigns, Wrapped 2025, with a first-ever dedicated television ad targeting a UK audience. The ad celebrates the artists, the fans, and the major cultural events that Spotify was a part of, and is one of the company’s most creative marketing efforts to date. 28th and December 5th, 2025. December 3 or 4, 2025, based on previous years’ trends.
The TV ad is directed by a popular director, KC Locke, and features numerous British celebrities and recording artists. The recording artists featured include Central Cee, PinkPantheress, Lewis Capaldi, Jade, Nemzzz, Skye Newman, Kingfishr, Sammy Virji, and Sasha Keable. UK cultural icons Louis Theroux, Bus Aunty, Al Nash, and Grime Gran also appear in the ad.
To promote the ad, Spotify executed a television first by cancelling all other commercials to air the ad during the popular show, I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! This show is a UK television staple and one of the most watched broadcast shows of the year.
The ad can also be viewed on ITVX, which will make Wrapped 2025 one of the biggest entertainment events on British television this year.

Wrapped Party Launches New Social, Interactive Listening Experiences
For the first time, listeners can participate in social add-on Wrapped Party, which converts listeners to mini, live, interactive events. Attendees compete to compare stats with friends, earning quirky titles like Most Obsessed Fan or Eternal Optimist.
Fan creators – Rita B, Erica, Kimberley, Shelen & Av, Specs, Tyrique & PK Humble – are curating themed Wrapped Parties.
Design Influenced by ‘80s and ‘90s DIY Music Aesthetics
Wrapped 2025 embraces an aesthetic inspired by the 1980s and ’90s audio D-I-Y culture. These elements range from mixtapes and hand-drawn doodles to rave and nightclub flyers. This is a nostalgic and charming take on an adaptation of the Spotify brand to the opposite end of the complexity spectrum.
