There is an additional 1.5% Processing Fee for credit or debit card payments through eGHL. This will be included in your total bill.
There is additional 2% when using ECPay via GCash.
Starting Nov 1, 2020, GCash transactions have a P15 fee per transaction. Customers must add P15 to each GCash transaction to avoid insufficient payments.
- A base delivery fee is P450 (regardless of # of items) for the first 4km from our branch. (See list of branches here: https://esla.ph/store-locations/)
- An additional P100 will be added for every 1km after 4km (P550, P650, P750 etc. depending on distance from branch)
For Credit Card Purchases

For Pick-up Orders with Credit Card (eGHL) purchases:
Customer must present a valid ID at the branch when picking-up item.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
- Delivery is only available within Luzon, Philippines not including Ilocos, Cagayan, Bicol, Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, and Palawan. We may deliver to addresses outside of these areas as long as the customer is willing to shoulder the shipping cost.
- There is a standard base delivery fee of P400 for the first 4km from our branch. (See list of branches here: https://esla.ph/store-locations/)
- We also have delivery option via LALAMOVE. Make sure to use promo code: “ESLAMOVE”
- Delivery is dispatched upon completion of verification process; and unit will be delivered on the same day as payment (or within 24 hours).
- Upon delivery of item, the customer will be contacted twice, (1) when unit is on the way from the branch, and (2) when the unit has arrived at the customer’s shipping address.
- ESLA shall not be held liable for non-delivery of product due to the following circumstances beyond ESLA’s control and its logistics such as: Force majeure or Acts of God including calamity or extreme weather conditions, strikes, etc.
Return and Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Only factory defective goods can be returned or exchanged.

Please note that the item must be in its original delivery condition with original copy of the Sales Invoice or Receipt. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. ESLA may charge administrative and handling charges depending on the circumstances of the return.
We guarantee that each unit is in good condition and opened in front of every customer. Warranty terms are based on the type of unit and the brand. Warranty terms will be on the item description of each item. Only factory defective goods can be returned or exchanged. Kindly ensure to keep the Official Receipt or Invoice for warranty purposes.
